Megacasion Terms and Conditions – Complete Platform User Guide

Section 1 Introduction & Acceptance of Terms

This Terms and Conditions document ("Terms") constitutes a legally binding agreement between you ("User" or "Member") and megacasion ("Platform", "We"). These Terms govern your access to and use of all services, products, and content provided by megacasion through the website at megacasion.net and any related sub-domains.

By registering an account, making a deposit, using any platform feature, or simply browsing the megacasion website, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be fully bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must stop using the megacasion platform immediately.

Section 2 User Eligibility

To register and use the megacasion platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• Be at least 18 years of age at the time of account registration
• Not residing in any territory or country that restricts or prohibits online gambling activities
• Having full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement
• Has never been voluntarily or involuntarily banned from any gambling platform
• Acting on your own behalf and not as an agent or representative of any third party
• Funds used for gameplay are from a legitimate source and are not proceeds of illegal activity

Section 3 Registration & Account Verification

Each user is only permitted to hold one active account on megacasion. Creating multiple accounts — whether using the same or different information — is strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. megacasion reserves the right to request identity verification (KYC) at any time, including but not limited to:

• Proof of current address (recent utility bill or bank statement)
• Proof of source of funds if required for transactions exceeding certain limits
• Verification of ownership of the payment method used

Failure to provide the requested KYC documents within the specified timeframe may result in temporary account suspension or closure, and withdrawals may be placed on hold until verification is complete.

Section 4 Deposits & Withdrawals

Megacasion accepts deposits via various local Malaysia payment methods including DuitNow, FPX, Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, Boost, and debit or credit cards. The minimum deposit is RM10 for most methods. All deposits are processed instantly once payment confirmation is received.

The following conditions apply to fund withdrawals:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM30 per request
• Withdrawals are only permitted to a bank account registered in the name of the same megacasion member
• KYC must be fully completed before the first withdrawal request is processed
• The first withdrawal must be made using the same method as the first deposit
• Processing time is between 15 minutes to 24 working hours depending on the selected method
• Bonus funds that have not met the rollover requirements cannot be withdrawn

Megacasion reserves the right to request additional verification for withdrawal requests that exceed certain limits or are deemed to require further security review. This is done solely to protect the security of your account.

Section 5 Bonuses, Promotions & Rollover Requirements

All bonuses and promotional offers provided by megacasion are subject to specific rollover requirements that must be met before any portion of the bonus funds can be withdrawn. The general bonus terms are as follows:

• Each bonus has its own rollover ratio as stated in the terms of the relevant offer
• Bonuses are only valid for the game types specified in the promotion terms
• Bonuses may not be used on games excluded from rollover requirements unless otherwise stated
• Megacasion reserves the right to decline, cancel, or modify any bonus at any time
• Only one welcome bonus is permitted per account and per household
• Abuse of the bonus system will result in account closure and forfeiture of all related wins

Section 6 Game Rules & Outcomes

All games available on megacasion are operated in accordance with the rules set by their respective game providers. megacasion acts as a platform providing access to these games and does not modify or influence the outcome of any game.

• Live Casino game results are final and cannot be disputed
• In the event of a technical disruption during gameplay, megacasion will handle the matter in accordance with the relevant game provider's policy
• Wagers that have been placed and confirmed cannot be cancelled
• Megacasion reserves the right to cancel a game or round if a technical error or multiplier payment error occurs
• All games have a pre-set Return to Player (RTP) rate that is available for review

Section 7 Prohibited User Conduct

By using the megacasion platform, users agree not to engage in any of the following activities:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or third-party tools to interact with the platform
• Creating multiple accounts or allowing others to use your account
• Communicating in a rude, threatening, or offensive manner toward staff or other users
• Posting content that violates laws or copyrights in the platform's chat area
• Attempting to hack, breach, or disrupt megacasion's security systems
• Conducting transactions related to money laundering or financing illegal activities
• Cheating, manipulating, or colluding with other players to exploit games

Section 8 Account Security & Password

You are solely responsible for keeping your megacasion account login credentials secure. This includes ensuring your password is unique, strong, and not shared with anyone. Megacasion recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) for added security.

• Megacasion will never ask for your password via email, chat, or phone
• If you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation, contact megacasion support immediately
• Megacasion is not responsible for losses resulting from login credentials shared voluntarily
• Logging in from a public device or public WiFi network is not recommended

Section 9 Account Suspension & Closure

Megacasion reserves the right to suspend or close any user's account at any time if there is reasonable cause, including but not limited to a breach of these Terms, suspected fraudulent activity, or KYC failure. Users may also close their own account at any time by contacting the megacasion support team.

Before a user-initiated account closure, any outstanding bonus rollover requirements must be fulfilled, and all pending withdrawals will be processed according to standard procedures. Valid cash balances (excluding bonuses) will be returned to the user once all reviews are complete.

Section 10 Data Protection & Privacy

Section 11 Megacasion's Limitation of Liability

Megacasion shall not be liable, under any circumstances, for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from the use of our platform, including gaming losses, service disruptions, technical errors, or loss of access. All services on megacasion are provided "as is" without any express or implied warranty.

Megacasion's maximum liability to any user shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that user in the 30 days preceding the relevant claim.

Section 12 Dispute Resolution

Should any dispute arise regarding the use of the megacasion platform, you should first contact the megacasion support team to attempt to resolve the matter directly. megacasion is committed to resolving all complaints fairly and within a reasonable timeframe.

• If internal resolution is unsuccessful, either party may seek resolution through independent arbitration
• These terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Malaysia

Section 13 Amendments to These Terms

Megacasion reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time at our absolute discretion. Material changes will be announced via a prominent notice on the megacasion website at least 7 days before taking effect, except for changes required by law which may take effect immediately.
