Account & Registration

Registration at megacasion is free and takes less than 2 minutes. Click the Register at the top corner of the website, fill in your personal details such as full name, date of birth, email and active Malaysia phone number, then set a strong password. You will receive an OTP code to verify your registered phone number. Once verified, your account is immediately active and ready to use.

megacasion only accepts members who are 18 years and above. This is a policy we uphold fully without exception. During the KYC verification process, we will verify your date of birth through valid identification documents. Accounts found to be owned by underage individuals will be terminated immediately.

To complete KYC at megacasion, you will need to provide: (1) a clear front and back copy of your MyKad, (2) proof of current address such as a utility bill or bank statement not older than 3 months. All documents are uploaded directly through your account. The review process is typically completed within 1–24 working hours. KYC is required before your first withdrawal.

No. Each individual is only permitted to hold one active account at megacasion. Multiple accounts violate our Terms and Conditions and may result in the closure of all related accounts without any refund.
